  • If your delivery location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to explore alternatives or process a full refund.

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • For remote or non-metro areas, delivery timelines may extend slightly.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹XXX (specify if applicable).
  • For orders below the minimum free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
